Shota Rustaveli Aphorisms

Shota Rustaveli Aphorisms is the first publication which comprises thirty-three selected aphorisms from the poem "Knight in the Panther's Skin" in ten different languages (Georgian, Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Ukrainian). Part of the aphorisms presented in the book were selected from the existing translations of the poem, whereby another part was especially translated for this edition.

The book stands out by its unique artistic concept and high-quality polygraphic design, supported by the layout, calligraphy and pieces of photographic art by distinguished artists.

The book of selected aphorisms of Shota Rustaveli is valuable as collector's piece. Moreover, it promotes development of the art of translation and introduces Georgia to the wider world.
