The Art Development Fund IMT was established in 2006.

Founders: Ia Khurtsidze, Marina Babunashvili, Tamar Chikovani.

The Fund implements important projects in various fields of art: organizes concerts, exhibitions, takes care of the restoration of national treasures - is engaged in publishing, production, and more.

This team took an active part in the public life of Georgia. They are the founders of the Society "Classica" (1995) and the Georgian Music Competition Fund (1997).

They founded the Georgian Competition of Musician-Performers (1995), the Tbilisi International Piano Competition (1997), and the Conservatoire Grand Hall Music Festival "The New Year Meetings". They actively participated in the restoration-reconstruction of the Grand hall of the Tbilisi Conservatoire and they managed the hall in 1996-2005.
